For purposes of preparing the merit list the MDCAT result shall carry a 50% weightage and 30% weightage shall be given to the student marks acquired in the F.Sc. or equivalent marks as certified by IBCC. 20% weightage given to marks obtained in the interview to be conducted by MIMC.

It is the responsibility of all candidates having foreign qualification to obtain recognition of their qualifications and equivalence certificates from the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Islamabad.

Admissions in MIMC shall be conducted only for the 2021 Session through a centralized automated admission system of PMC.

The Pakistan Medical Commission shall invite applications on a national level from students seeking admission to private medical and dental colleges immediately after the announcement of the MDCAT result. Interview Structure for MBBS Admission Session 2020-2021
(Weightage 20%)
The Pakistan Medical Commission allocated 50% to MDCAT / SAT-II and 30% to F.Sc or equivalent exam. According to Pakistan Medical Commission, 20% Marks will be given on the basis of Interview to accomplish total aggregate to finalize Merit List for Admission in Mohi-ud-Din Islamic Medical College, Mirpur AJ&K.

* Financial Stability of the Family (Fee Payer) to Sustain Studies for Entire Duration

Important Note: Following Documents will be required at the time of Interview:
* Matric or Equivalent Certificate (original)
* F.Sc or Equivalent Certificate (original)
* IBCC Equivalence Certificate in case of equivalent certificate (original)
* School and College Leaving Certificate
* Income Tax Return & Wealth Statement of Fee Payer (Past 2 years)
* In case of Fee Payer being Non-filer, evidence of Income and property (e.g. current bank statement, land registry, salary slips etc.)
* Character Certificate from Concerned Police Station
* Sports and Co-curricular Activities Certificate (if any)

All candidates selected for admission will have to submit the original certificates of SSC/ equivalent and HSSC/ equivalent certificate before joining the College. These certificates will be returned after graduation. The final approval of admission will be granted by the Vice Chancellor on the recommendation of the Principal and Admission Committee.
