The department is located on ground floor with a huge dissection hall, a mortuary with two chillers for 8 dead body shelves, a separate well equipped lecture hall, seminar room, histology lab, departmental library and a museum. Dissection hall is air conditioned with a huge capacity for training more than 100 students. Histology lab is equipped with imported microscopes and CCTV system attached with teaching microscope. Museum contains imported models, soft and hard specimens and all required implements. The department is headed by a qualified professor supported by a high profile faculty and ancillary staff.
