The Mohi-ud-Din Islamic Medical College, Mirpur AJK has beenvc established as a constitutent College of Mohi-Ud-Din Islamic University, Nerian Sharif, AJ&K, with the sole aim to provide quality education to its students. The main focus of its attention is to produce highly talented youth at the minimum expenses involved in their training as highly skilled professionals in the modern medical education. I would like to persuade the students to play a meaningful role in the development of the College as a seat of higher learning by monitoring the teaching standards and reporting on the prowess and potential of the teacher so that the College takes suitable steps for ensuring the standard by replacing the weaker elements in its academic area so that its graduates are in a position to compete effectively with the international standard. The other objective on which I would like to address the students is to make best use of the facilities provided by the university for their in-depth training which would definitely give them an edge over the graduates of other universities, so that they may take pride in carrying the name of this university both as an accomplished scholars in their selected field of specialization and as builders of Pakistan as great nation.
